Draw the shortest line from where you live to the coastline. For the community that is nearest to this point of intersection on the coastline, write an account of its potential susceptibility to a tsunami event, the most valuable features that could be affected by a tsunami, and methods of mitigation you consider are practical alternatives.

Write an account (up to 1000 words) of the emergency management lessons we can learn from the Samoan 2009 tsunami.
